⭐ UPDATE – October 2025: Changing this to a 5-Star Review, here’s why. ⭐ After my experience here back in August (see original review below), I want to share a positive update. One of the former owners, Zack, who still grooms dogs at this location, personally reached out and offered to take care of Cooper himself. He made sure Cooper wouldn’t be crated and said I could stay the entire time — which I did. From start to finish, it was calm, professional, and exactly the kind of experience every dog owner hopes for. Zack was patient, gentle, and clearly experienced with large double-coated breeds (Cooper is a shepherd-husky mix). Born and raised in North East and recently returned from South Florida, very tight on funds but a necessity to get Apollo groomed. The staff was phenomenal and helpful, great energy and as you can see in the pictures left me more than satisfied with how they handled Apollo. I cannot recommend them enough for any size dog and Mary Anne will certainly be the only person taking care of Apollo during our time back home. Thank yall so much!!

The absolute best groomer our australian shepherd has ever been to! Being a dual coated dog, he's not to be shaved and other groomers always want to shave him for the summer or do a complete hack job on his butt area. He gets horrendous butt furs and usually we get him back with his butt shaved and the rest of his fur long and he looks terrible. They were able to clean his butt up but also blend it to look like it's supposed to look that way. He gets bad ear mats and being a rescue dog does not like his ears touched, but they were able to be patient enough with him to get all of his mats out and trim his ears up super cute. They did more work on him than any other groomer, yet were done with him quicker than other groomers are and the price was amazing! We will definitely be back with him
