We’ve been coming here for 3 years for our older austrialian cattle dog. She is currently 16 yrs old but is in pretty good health. She has been getting groomed with Avery for all those years and there’s NEVER been a problem. WELL I went to drop my dog off with someone else bc Avery unfortunately isn’t with them anymore and she needed to be groomed. I get there and a woman named Linda told me that she was not able to groom my dog because of her age. First of all Cera has been getting groomed for years and never had any issues and just got groomed two months ago, same age, and had no issues. Linda couldn’t give me a stratus answer and kept saying they can’t do it because there was a note. What note? We never put a note on her chart of had Avery do it? We have been using North East Petco for grooming our mini golden-doodle, Winnie since she was 16 weeks old. Avery F. Has done every groom about every 8-12 weeks depending on weather temps. Winnie is a super sweet but nervous puppy. So when I took her I told Avery I didn’t care what the groom looked like. I wanted her to focus on teaching Winnie to be comfortable while having her groom. Avery has done an incredible job with Winnie for the past year. The cuts get more detailed and uniform each visit. I just want Avery to know what an amazing job she has been doing!! I called the store before I drove there to make sure they had the item I needed. The staff confirmed they had the item in stock and said he would take the item to the register, so it would be right there when I arrived. Then I asked about the price because on their website it showed the item $11 cheaper if I ordered online. He informed me that the store would match the price at the register, which they did. All in all a very pleasant experience and will be coming back. Thank you.

Took my pup for an outing after a year of being lost without my other....it was a bit warm outside but nice inside and I think we both needed it! Staff was super friendly and helpful and just let her explore....I don't think she was as amused once we started tried on costumes....but made our day a tad more manageable....and she absolutely loved the goodies we came home with!

Just went here this week, there was a ball python with clear signs of mouth rot as shown in the images. He was gasping for air as if he was struggling to breathe. They also were keeping multiple ball pythons together in the same enclosure. Same thing with crested geckos with some being much larger than the others which is dangerous. Rest of store was decent however the reptile care was lacking servely.
