The Puppy Kingdom is fantastic! The entire staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. The shop has a clean environment, healthy pups, unique quality products, and great services offered (like professional grooming). I love that I can bring my furbabies back for their grooming and know that they will be taken care of. The owner, Michelle, is always thinking on how she can help others and make their puppy buying experience with her memorable. For example; over Christmas, Michelle sponsored $500.00 to a child in need of an emotional support pup which also came with an entire year of vaccinations and a build a bear with a message reminding the child that their parents are always with them and love them. I am happy with the experience of purchasing our toy poodle through puppy kingdom. Michelle and her mom were very nice and helpful. She prepared a basket for us to have with our new puppy which was such a lovely touch. It had a puppy bed, a doggie toy, a puppy blanket, puppy shampoo and MORE! Plus a framed picture of our pup and his paw prints. We did hit a small snag medically with the pup but Michelle immediately answered and worked with me to get it taken care of within days!

From my initial inquiry, Michelle was kind, informative, and so helpful. During the purchase of our Shih Tzu fur baby, Sophie Li, Michelle and her husband educated us on everything we needed to know to ensure our puppy remained happy and healthy. Even after we took Sophie Li home, Michelle remained responsive to all our questions and even took time out of her day to take her to a vet appointment. My girl got groomed yesterday by Michelle. I absolutely love them! Mocha goes back to puppy kingdom regularly for babysitting and grooming for the last 2 years. We are actually going to breed her one time and Michelle let us use her male which was super cool. We love Mocha and honestly it’s been a smooth 2 years, purchased her at 11 weeks. Initial vet visit was clear in health, she did have a parasite which was 100% treatable and I guess common because the vet wasn’t worried at all and gave us the thumbs up. She said she has her own pups at home and sometimes they have active parasites and sometimes they don’t.

I had the best experience. She made sure I got the dog I wanted and did not want to just sale a dog. She encouraged me not to settle. I did not settle for a dog. She helped me get my dog! I recommend this company for your next dog. Ember has stole our hearts!
