Heather is amazing! It is a step by step process for me to continue the training Heather establishes with Finn. I am the one with the bad habits and the "softy." Finn does great with structure and consistency. My wife and I have training tools to add more items to Finn's "leave it" list and other commands to continually improve Finn's behavior. Getting the daily training videos with Heather working with Finn helps tremendously. I watch to make sure I am mimicking the training as best I can. Finn is only 6 months old and is experiencing everything for the first time. Finn's behavior to his surroundings is predicated on my state of being as well. Heather has been a phenomenal trainer with our little English Bulldog puppy! After months of research we finally were able to get a meet and greet and our amazing  journey began. We are so happy with the training that was provided to our beloved pup from potty training to staying in “place”. Heather loves what she does and shows in her work by providing my puppy’s successful training. We received wonderful advice as first time puppy parents and she was more than happy to share it with us. Highly, highly recommend 10 stars!!! As a veterinarian, I’m extremely cautious about who I trust with my dogs. So when my fiancé and I adopted a puppy, we did a LOT of research on dog trainers in the area! We came across Puppy K and Heather immediately made a great first impression- it was clear she was incredibly knowledgeable and used evidence based fear free/positive reward training practices. Puppy K-All Day is amazing. Our young puppy spent time learning many valuable behaviors and socialization skills. We love that Heather’s adult dogs are involved in many aspects of the training. They were able to show Tova proper dog play and social skills. Best of all, she loved it!! Heather has a gift for seeing what individual dogs need to work on and how to continue to improve. Also, she is able to help people of all experience levels to set and achieve their goals. Heather is and continues to be available with any questions we may have or when we hit a roadblock.
