Love this place. Always feel comfortable leave my fur babies with them. Even for extend vacations. The work they also do with fostering and helping service members is amazing.

Horrible experience. Extremely poor customer service skills. Does not answer phone nor return calls. I had my dogs scheduled for boarding. I had to change plans and leave earlier than expected by a couple of days.My plan was to see if she could board them early or I would board them for 2 days elsewhere and have my dogs taken to her in 2 days if she did not have the space. I called her several times and she did not bother returning my call. In fact, I believe she blocked my number. I always went straight to voicemail. When I used a different phone I did not get sent straight to voicemail. I again left her a message to call me and sent her a text. She did not reply. Got the job done! This is definitely the most….rustic….boarding facility I’ve used. Price was excellent and it’s very close to our home so the drop off/pick up was easy. I didn’t feel like my dogs were mistreated at all, but this definitely isn’t the place to bring a primped and pampered pup because the kennels are very basic in a huge outdoor garage (?) Think cement floors, chain link fence. These aren’t BAD qualities, just unlike all other kennels I’ve ever used so I feel obligated to explain 🤣 Took a star off because this place only accepts CASH or CHECK, which I checked and wasn’t mentioned anywhere online or their forms and I wasn’t told until I arrived after 4 days to pickup. Lisa is the sweet lady who handles everything. We started boarding our dogs with her when we had two, then we had 3. Now we have 4 and haven’t needed to board them any time soon but they have very reasonable prices and has military and police/firefighter discount. It doesn’t look like a fancy place at all. It looks like a big barn with a bunch of kennels inside and those kennels have a doorway to access the back while still keeping the dogs separated. It is still a secure place to board your dogs and is well taken care of. Only your dogs or dog will go out and have their own time to run around which is awesome cause it avoids any altercation. I have a rescued male GSD; my dog is not friendly, but also not an aggresive dog. People often judge him by his title, rescued male GSD, But Lisa is not. Lisa is a true professional of dog; even my dog pretty quickly get comfortable with Lisa. I am an above-average dog mom, shopping around the places in Phoenix. One place told me my dog will play with staff all day, but each staff assigned 10-15 dogs, not in busy season; logically, it doesn't make sense. I like they have a doggy patio for each dog (My dog likes to watch outside through the window) and a big, natural yard. It is not a fancy place, but a good place for dogs to stay comfortably.
