We came into Puppy Dreams just to look at the dogs and had no intention of buying that day. From the moment we walked in, Kylie was incredibly welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable. She never pressured us, but she took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. Her customer service was truly what made the difference. Because of Kylie’s professionalism and genuine care, we ended up deciding to bring home our first family dog. She made the experience exciting and stress-free, especially for our kids, who are beyond happy right now. This was such a special moment for our family, and Kylie played a huge role in that. We’re super grateful for her help and highly recommend Puppy Dreams to anyone looking for a great experience.

Purchased a VIP puppy which was not on our list of things to do today. Fell in love with him even though we came to see a different breed of dog. Great price for VIPs. Lexi was super helpful to us. Store was clean, staff was friendly.
