Puppy Avenue

we purchased our havapoo puppy from puppy avenue on November 11th. We were a bit skeptical at first because of the reviews we read and our puppy was a bit expensive but Doug was there and was able to help us and the lady in the front was helpful as well. We fell in love with our havapoo Sandy and when she came home and had a little cough and some boogers, we took her to the vet and they went ahead and gave her some medicine… We reached out to Puppy Avenue and they sent us a check for the cost of the visit/medicine. They have so many puppies and Doug is also a pastor and travels. Great place!

We had a terrible experience with Puppy Avenue. While the staff was friendly, they failed to inform us that the puppy we purchased had Parvo. Just three days after bringing our puppy home, he developed severe symptoms, including bloody stool and extreme lethargy. Two different veterinarians confirmed the diagnosis of Parvo, yet the owner dismissed it as a “false positive” and insisted the puppy was fine. Even if it were a false positive, wouldn’t a responsible breeder treat the puppy as a precaution? We incurred thousands of dollars in vet bills to save our new pup’s life, but Puppy Avenue refused to assist with any of the costs. Their only offer was a refund or a replacement puppy, which does nothing to address the emotional and financial toll we endured.

I was dissapointed we were not allowed to see all the puppies in the back. There were no puppies in the window either. You could request which one you wanted to see though. Everything was very clean and smelled good. My mom fell in love! Buttercup is so smart, healthy and simply adorable! She just got her last puppy shots at the vet with a clean bill of health. Groomers have declared her the sweetest baby ever 😍 No issues. Great experience 👍

Unfortunately, this place is so gross. It’s far worse than an animal shelter. At least animals from animal shelters can go outside and have access to fresh air. We purchased a puppy but it truly felt like we rescued a puppy from an awful environment. I hate to keep these type of places in business but these animals need help. They are under fluorescent lights all day sitting in their urine and feces. No natural light or windows. However, the employees were very sweet and knowledgable. It was just a very odd experience and doesn’t seem right. They don’t even sell leashes or food. How do you purchase a puppy for $2k and then they don’t even offer a leash or food bowl. These puppies deserve so much better. Shame on the breeders and the owner of this establishment AND the Avenues Mall. I will

I wish nasty stuff would not happen to people. I hope the puppies get time to socialize. People should stop picking up dogs without good long term support and planning. This is a harsh wound for me. I purchased the most affectionate cute puppy from here around ten years ago who enjoyed making new friends with me around town that everyone wanted to meet and inquire about. I was so happy with my new friend. It was so enjoyable our special walks got me out of my home. Thank you for your caring support in choosing the best dog for me and that would be happy with the geographic climate.
