Staff was amazing and so kind! I’m not putting 1 star because of the service. But because my apparent “pure bred” chihuahua I adopted from this place, is the farthest thing from a pure breed. After a few minutes of research I found out 90% of there dogs come from puppy mills. ( it was less noticeable when he was younger) unfortunately, now my 11 month year old pup is going thru a lot of heath issues due to improper breeding. I highly recommend NOT adopting a dog from this facility. They say their breeders are very professional but it’s honestly anything but that. My pup has 7 different teeth that grew at a 90 degree angle. His whole mouth is messed up. Also he was born with a life long skin condition that was not disclosed to me at the time of adoption. I have adopted 3 Pomeranians from this establishment. 2 of them were siblings, 1 to my knowledge was not. My dogs are family to me. All of them had serious genetic illnesses. I lost 1 of them when he was only 7 years old. My little girl was only 8. My remaining baby is almost 9 and has severe autoimmune diseases. Each and everyone of my babies had an autoimmune disease. It's all documented through the 1000's of dollars spent trying to save them, keep them comfortable and provide them the life they deserved. I do not see how in good conscious humans can do this all in the name of a dollar. Buyer beware. My heart has been broken from watching what my babies have gone through.

My boyfriend and I have been talking about getting a puppy for YEARS. We stopped by just to look and ended up leaving with a puppy last week! He is the best thing that has happened to me in awhile. He is healthy and playful. They had a “puppy package” deal going on the day we bought him and it came with a full size crate, toys, a bag of food, and bowls! I don’t usually support buying pups from a store but this location is very clean and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and patient considering we were standing there making a decision to buy him for over an hour. We purchased Barkley out English Mastiff from Puppies Galore about 8 years ago and have went in there periodically to get our puppy fix. They always have a variety of dogs and do get in some Large Breeds on occasion. On this particular occasion we went in to look at a Cane Corso and ended up getting the newest member of our family “Cooper” a Great Dane. He is a beautiful puppy and we are happy to have found him. While I would not generally recommend purchasing at a puppy store, I can say that at this location, most of the staff has been there a long time and are friendly, very knowledgeable about the dogs and they have multiple finance options available, should you decide to purchase one.

We recently lost our fur baby of 15 years and were ready to adopt. We ended up walking out with 2. We appreciated the staff and how much the puppies responded to the teams voices when visiting with the puppies in the rooms. The facility was clean and smelled nice.
