We love Pup Palace! It’s a long drive for us but definitely worth it! Our Shih tzu Lily loves her groomer Kaitlin. We followed her from a previous location. She takes such good care of Lily. The facility is always nice and clean. All of the staff are super friendly.

I absolutely adore this place! Not only do they return my dog beautifully clean and perfectly dry, but they also capture charming photographs of her during the entire grooming process and send them straight to my phone. It’s such a joy to see her happy, wagging tail and playful demeanor while she being pampered. The staff always goes above and beyond to reassure me that my beloved pet is receiving the utmost care and attention, making me feel completely at ease knowing she in such capable hands.
