Pilal is an incredible dog trainer and therapist. After just one session and following her specific advice, the transformation in my dog, Moxie, was night and day. ​She caught things I never would have noticed—for example, I thought I was protecting Moxie’s feet with shoes, but Pilal identified they were actually causing him stress. The moment we lost the shoes, his behavior improved instantly. She also provided practical solutions for his door-barking (using music to help him relax) and leash pulling. Interestingly, switching to a retractable leash per her advice gave him the freedom he needed, leading to immediate positive results. ​Most importantly, Pilal’s one-on-one sessions with her own dogs helped Moxie overcome his over-excitement around other dogs. We brought Hagen to Pilar because he was struggling with anxiety and reactivity. He would cry often, seemed constantly on edge, and we were even advised by others to crate train because of how anxious he was. We knew he needed proper guidance and structured training, and that’s when we decided to work with Pilar ❤️ Since training, Hagen has improved so much. He is much more responsive, and his obedience has gotten significantly better. Pilar took wonderful care of Apolo and we couldn’t be happier with the experience!!! He is a very shy dog and didn’t have much previous contact with other dogs, and thanks to her patience and care, he became much more confident and comfortable. She also shared really helpful advice about his behavior, which we truly appreciated. Throughout the entire stay, Pilar kept us updated with frequent messages and videos showing how Apolo was doing and what he was up to, which gave us so much peace of mind. Angel Paws saved our Vacation!!!:) We have a 1 year Shiba Inu"Goku" a family vacation came up over seas and from day one of planning we were so worried where Goku was going to stay. Thank GOD!!!! we found Pilar and she came very highly recommended. Goku was very shy and scared at first when he got to Angel Paws and every day he progressed beautifully and we were able to feel like we were part of the progression because Pilar is always sending videos on a regular basis and I felt that Goku was not far away. After a 10 day stay he looked so comfortable playing and being around other dogs that I honestly feel Goku was on his own Vacation, thank so much Pilar and Angel Paws.

Angel Paws were absolutely amazing in training and caring for our stray pup. From the beginning, they were incredibly responsive and kept us updated every step of the way, which gave us a lot of peace of mind while he was with them. It was clear that they genuinely cared about his progress and well-being. When he came home, the difference was noticeable. He was much calmer, more obedient, and had clearly learned a lot, yet he still kept the same joyful spirit that makes him who he is. It was obvious he was happy during his time there and received great care and attention.
