I cannot say enough good things about PJP! I just wish so badly they had one in Kansas! We came by on holiday visiting family and they were able to make customs of all that we wanted before we went home. These ladies are incredibly helpful, hardworking, and talented. Prices for the quality and uniqueness of their products are very fair and they’ve made a permanent customer out of my family. Thank you SO much for your adorable products! Almost forgot to mention - our golden is on her way to therapy work and she has to wear a very specific harness. Because of this we’ve never been able to buy cute collars or harnesses, as they’re not practical. Of course, PJP makes customs of her special kind of harness! PJP is a must visit if anywhere near the area. <3

We love Puddle Jumper Pups! The customer service is top notch. I love that they are easy to work with and don't mind helping me pair accessories to go with the collars. They recently started making headbands that also pair nicely with the prints of the collars and leashes.

I ordered 2 custom collars and a coupler leash online and not only do I love them when they arrived, their customer service was great! I had several questions since I am not local and had to order online. Nic was wonderful, helpful and patient. I wish I was closer to visit in person, but a pic of my two puppies will have to do. Highly recommend if you want the most stylish fur baby! The photo doesn't do the items justice but photographing two puppies isn't easy.....

I have been purchasing their collars for years, since 2018 to be exact. Last December, I bought my dog a collar and leash set for Christmas. It is ripped and no longer usable as of now (October), and the fabric is no longer available. I was told it was not repairable and I should sign up for their emails for 10% off and just purchase another. Since I can't replace just the collar, I would have to buy a new set. I am honestly floored that they would be so callous to a loyal customer. Seriously disappointed and I would never purchase from them again. Edited to add: The owner sent me a super unprofessional email indicating that I only paid $25 for the collar last year that she is glad I got 10 months out of it. I suppose that's how long you can expect their products to last. She forgot to me

This place is so cool. They are so very nice. I came in looking for something to occupy my dog on my road trip and they went above and beyond to help me actually put peanut butter in my dog toys so I wanna get in my car dirty. Just fantastic customer service.
