Petsense by Tractor Supply

I was happy to find a pet store in Grovetown. Having just moved here this last year I'm still getting to know my way around. This is very conveniently located near I-20 and Horizon near the super Walmart. When I walked in I was greeted by a very friendly lady who not only pointed out where I could find what I came in for but also helped me understand the tag making machine, quite patiently I might add.. The store is well stocked and nicely kept up. I'm so happy to have found a great pet store nearby.

Its a fairly small store. I went in to pick up dog and cat food on my way home because I had a coupon that came in the mail. There were many different types of animal food available, the staff were kind and helpful and they had cats for adoption. The coupon was $10 off 50 I believe. They did carry my dog food but didnt not carry my cat food which was disappointing, so I just bought 2 bags of dog food. The location is convenient and surrounded by other stores such as walmart, dollar tree and multiple take outs, car washes, a goodwill and a Verizon store to name a few.

We come here frequently for our dog’s food. I’ve come twice now with concerns of my dog and have spoken with Mrs.Kim. She has been kind, reassuring and informative on things that can be helpful for my fur baby. I would recommend this business and Mrs.Kim for anybody with any pets!

The newest groomer there is very rude and doesn't know how to talk to customers or work with dogs with anxiety. My 4 doodles were always groomed there with no problem. This past time the new groomer had nothing but negative things to say about them. And actually said they won't groom one of them again. Which is fine. I wouldn't have been going back anyway. It seemed off that she is 4 years old had only been groomed there before and no all of a sudden my dog is the problem??? Dogs can sense good and bad people. I trust my dog wanted out of there for a Reason. The newest grooming member is AWFUL!!

Come here once a month for cat food. Used to bring the dogs here for nail trim; they were super patient with my dogs and their barking. We just dont bring them cause were not as close anymore. Staff is always nice and loves to give treats to the fur babies. Staff even helped me find a matching sale toy so my dogs wouldnt fight over the difference
