Can’t say enough good things about the people and especially the overall environment. I’ve never seen my anxious dog so relaxed and happy after being groomed!

Normally it takes a lot for me to write a review for a business, and this happens to be a time where I needed to. We saw great reviews online for Pucci Spa so we decided to take our 6 month old in for a grooming. Our pup Molly was groomed in a way that left both my wife and I speechless. It was almost as if the groomer was blind or it was their first time cutting a dog's hair. I thought it was a joke when my wife returned home. It was AWFUL. Not only was there patches of uncut hair all over her body, but there was also what looked like a mohawk across the whole top of her body. The sides were trimmed short, but there was a stripe of uncut hair across the top of her body. The hair around her butt was not trimmed at all, and neither was the hair around her neck. 10/10 every time!! We have been coming here for years with our female Leonberger, and now we have two other pups we take here. Our leo has a large personality and can be super difficult. Our groomer, Cat, is the only one I’ll trust with her. She’s kind, patient, and can handle her. Everyone I’ve dealt with at PUCCI is great though! One time I couldn’t get Cleo into the place bc she was terrified and was bucking like a bronco. One of the groomers came outside and took her from me and brought her inside. Embarrassing for me lol but they’re so dang helpful!! Pretty sure Cleo tries to jump off the table every time I bring her but nonetheless I’m told “she was a good girl” 🥺 when we pick her up. Been to few different groomers prior with my australian shepherd, but Pucci is my favorite spot. They do an amazing job especially knowing I want to keep the aussie look with a slight trim around few areas. Highly recommend

Very first time bringing my dog to a groomer. My dog can be very nervous so I was not sure how it was going to go. But the warm staff at Pucci made my big boy comfortable and did a beautiful job. I will be going back for sure! Thanks Amy! <3
