They know every detail about the items they have carefully selected to fill their store with. They take the time to learn about your pup's individual circumstances (including laundry lists of allergies for two pups, in our case) and then, they work together to figure out what can help get your pup on a better, healthier path. My cousin recommended Samantha at Four Paws when our dog had belly issues recently. We found what she's allergic to and Samantha set us up with food, treats and supplements and within 24 hours our girl is visibly doing better! Of course, it will take longer to fully heal her belly but with Four Paws and their vast knowledge, especially of pitbull and pit mixes, I feel that we're on the right track! Quality food. An amazing addition to downtown Chester! While I have been going to pet stores for years for supplies and dog food, nothing compares to the Annex. Sam the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about her love for pups. She helped us figure out appropriate supplements and food for our Australian Shepherd mix who suffers from allergies and can be anxious. She has thoughtfully curated a boutique store that caters to dog families who genuinely care about what their dogs eat and play with. Not to mention, she throws the cutest events that are fun for the whole family! We love to stop in whenever we’re downtown.

We had a great time at the grand opening of the Four Paws Annex here in Chester!! They have an amazing variety of pet items including fun toys and all natural treats & remedies. Sam & Racquel are the best & run an amazing doggy day camp and boarding here in town as well. We look forward to shopping here again soon!
