Prison Pet Partnership Program

We can’t thank Prison Pet Partnership enough for the care they gave our three dogs while we were out of town. Our senior dog typically gets very stressed when we’re away, and this was the first trip where we didn’t feel like we needed to rush home early. Our youngest was also boarding for the first time and refused to eat at first. The instructors called us right away and worked with us to figure out a plan. When we picked them up, we were so touched to learn that one participant had bonded with our dogs and even came in on her days off to hand-feed our youngest until she felt comfortable eating. we brought our two dogs for grooming and had a absolutely wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, responsive,knowledgeable. The service was done very very well. They provided a little report card about things they noticed/areas to watch. The pups had an overall great experience. Highly recommend!

I want to give this place better reviews, but their communication is pretty much non-existent. I have messaged and called so many times, without any response, that I wonder if this is the program it used to be and people once raved about. I had my pups stay there, but very limited updates, no pictures, a paper note summary at the end, but they wouldn't even share pictures of where the pups were staying. I hope I was an outlier because I want to love this place because of its mission.

They did a truly fantastic job on my girl and she loved going. Definitely will be regulars here.
