4 1/2 stars. The care was efficient and I was grateful that they were open even though it was late and a storm was coming on. It seemed expensive when I got the bill but to be fair, partly not their fault since I had a separate bill from poison pet control that I was required to pay and had to go to a vet to find out the results because of Georgia law. Their bill did itemize everything. What I appreciated most is that they were open and could see her immediately considering the weather threats and it was the evening weekend. Importantly, they knew what they were doing. Dr. Holder and her staff were very kind, kept me informed throughout. My mini dachshund had eaten a roach bait container and the ingested plastic was more dangerous than the bait itself which was sub toxic for her so they h

We are so grateful for the care and compassion we received at Priority Pet in Watkinsville. On October 31st, we brought our girl in because she was showing some concerning signs, and from the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. Dr. Holder took the time to listen and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, without overwhelming medical terminology, which meant so much during such a stressful time. By Sunday, her condition declined, and we had to make the heartbreaking decision to bring her back to be euthanized. The entire team showed us such genuine compassion and empathy. They treated our sweet Josie and us with dignity, care, and understanding during one of the hardest moments of our lives. Dr. Holder again explained everything clearly

I had an emergency with our dog Stormy at 10:30pm! We we extremely alarmed when Stormy started to vomit and poop blood! I scooped her up and took off the PrioryPet Urgent care. They were aware I was coming and opened the door for me as soon as I parked! They greeted us and rushed her right back to intensive care immediately! We thought we were going to lose Stormy that night, but fortunately the doctor and his staff were able to stabilize her with intravenous IV fluids, and other medicines, after ex rays and blood work. PriorityPet Urgent Care called the next to see how she was feeling, speaking with genuine care and concern. We are on day two after our scary night at the ER and Stormy is feeling much better. She’s starting to eat and her tail wagging away again! The doctor and the entire

Exceptional care. Compassionate providers who explain plan of care very thoroughly. Dr. River was incredibly friendly and explained our dog’s urgent condition in a way that I was able to comprehend. What I appreciated most is the compassion and empathy from the staff. Would absolutely recommend for urgent or emergency care! No more McDonald’s french fries for our service dog, Lola, as only a few of them caused major colitis. 🍟🤦🏻‍♀️🦮

it was a very through visit. they explained very well what was going on with my pup and what further actions were needed. the receptionist was very sweet and helpful. she helped me check in my pup as fast as possible. the vet tech was also extremely friendly & helpful in helping me understand the process of everything. what i appreciated most is, i really felt like they cared about my pup as much as i did. & really wanted to help figure out the underlying cause of her isssue.
