Just want to take the time to give giant kudos to Janelle and Dr. Martinez. The care and attention that was given my sweet fur baby, Yogi was stellar. Their professionalism , compassion and expertise was beyond my greatest expectations. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vet to call now for an appointment. They saved my kitty’s life and I will never take him anywhere else. Top shelf customer service and knowledge doesn’t happen like this anymore. Bravo Dr Martinez and Nurse Janelle! My heart is full of gratitude!

So sad to post this after being a long time client of what once was the most comapassionate practice in the area. With the recent staffing changes, charges, and non communication with Vetrenarians not returning calls to owners that have been with them for years so sad and disheartning. I still find Dr. Lori to be one of the best vets

Our family can’t thank Dr Lori and her staff enough for the last two days! They did everything they could do when we ran into the doors for an emergent situation despite us never bringing our dog there.they took him in right away no questions asked! Our dog got attacked by two other dogs and they took the BEST care of him. Despite the outcome not good they never stopped trying! Thank you so much for top care and support and empathy during this tragedy.

In a world where you’re scared to bring your dog to the vet for emergencies, they made it so easy. They could’ve completely taken advantage of us in a vulnerable situation but instead they treated us with care, kindness and grace. My dog got attacked today and I was scared to bring him in for care because I knew that if it was too expensive, it would likely mean euthanasia. I called and asked if they took emergency services and she let me know that they actually had an opening and that if she made me an appointment, I wouldn’t need to pay emergency, which I thought was phenomenal. When I got there, I met Alex and she got my dog looked at immediately. We want to thank the staff here they treated my pitbull Maya with love and affection as she crossed the rainbow bridge. It tore us apart putting her down for cancer but they helped us get through it.
