I have been a client of Dr. Pennington for at least 15 years, With his help and his wonderful staff. Both of my dogs lived way past there life expectancies,18.5 & 15.5 years respectively. This man gives you honesty and true guidance that no other Vet has ever done for me. I have owned dogs for 50 years and no one has ever come close to this man. I recently had to put down my sweet Bella and you know you have the best when even the nurses that have cared for her for years were tearing up as much as me during the Euthanization. Truly a caring, loving Veterinary establishment. Do yourself and your pet a favor and see Dr Pennington, his experience, knowledge, patience and love for what he does is hard to find. R.I.P. Dr. Kopp is so knowledgeable and was amazing with HoneyBunn. Even though they were booked solid with patients they make you feel as though you are the only patient there. I did not feel rushed and everyone took the time to explain what was going on and all the options. You can tell they sincerely care about their patients. From the front desk to the vet tech to Dr. Kopp, and I’ve even spoken to Allison and Dr. Pennington as well on other occasions, has always made me feel right at home and provided top notch service even in continuing to check in on my bunny the day after. I know they have a tough job and I’m sure it can be mentally draining at times but I so appreciate them taking such exceptional care of every one of my fur babies I have taken there!

We brought our cat here this week for a visit as he was feeling under the weather, they squeezed us in last minute and gave my baby the best care possible. The treatment plan and pricing was negotiable, they worked well with us and communicated with us throughout the whole process. They also reached back out and checked on him the following day. We appreciate all of the staff here from the receptionist, techs and Dr. Kopp. Thank you!!

We love bringing our animals here. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Dr. Kopp is very knowledgeable and takes the time to clearly explain everything. I love the very clear and thorough discharge instructions they send home. These guys have gone above and beyond for us for several years now and we could not be happier with the care our animals are getting.

A 1 star review is being too generous. The front office staff is a full 5 stars. However their vet, Dr. Kopp (who is according to their website the only ABVP vet in TN) is refusing to see and help my sick Hognose snake because I have a fellow veterinarian friend in Florida with the same professional title, who recommended him to me after seeing another vet and not getting better. I waited a week for him to get back into the office for them to call and tell me he wouldn’t be seeing my reptile. A week longer without care. I had already requested to take off of work early, and planned to drive the TWO hours there so my snake could get better. I would not be an argumentative patient.
