The staff genuinely care about Charlotte, and I always feel confident she's receiving the best possible care. The facility has recently undergone a beautiful remodeling, making it modern and inviting. But what really sets this place apart are the incredible people who work there — their dedication and warmth genuinely make the environment exceptional.

I’m sharing this experience so other pet owners can be informed. My dog had a grooming appointment at Heart and Paw. When we picked him up, instead of walking out to us like usual, he was handed directly into our arms. At the time we didn’t think much of it, but once we got home he was clearly uncomfortable and began limping. The limping continued for about three weeks, which was very concerning for us. I called the clinic and asked if they could review their camera footage to see whether anything might have happened during the grooming that could explain the issue. The manager later told me they reviewed the footage but did not see anything that explained how my dog may have been injured. Everyone was nice and friendly and welcoming. They took good care of Max and were very patient with him. Dr. Wingo was professional and she took the time to explain it to me and gave me a choice of what I wanted to do for payment. I was pretty nervous about it going in, but they all made it a good overall experience. We have a return visit in 2 weeks for vaccinations and I think it will be a good day too. Max seems to have taken it all in stride.

I just recently moved to the area with my three kitties and was in the process of trying to find a new vet for them- unfortunately my youngest Winnie started showing some concerning symptoms before I was able to do much research and find one. Heart + paw was the closest to me so I decided to call and make an appointment for the soonest available- and I'm so glad I did! They were able to get us in within the hour and I had the best experience I've had at a veterinary office. The girls there were so kind, answered any and all questions I had, and took great care of my girl! Very reasonably priced as well. I definitely recommend Heart + Paw and will continue going there for all veterinary needs for my 3 furbabies!
