First time having my dog groomed there and they did a fantastic job. My dog had a bad reaction to fleas from a daycare situation and was matted and they did an excellent job getting them out he looks so handsome! Will definitely be my new groomers. They are also really nice and helpful. I think it might be family owned which I also prefer to support.

SCAM!! I strongly advise you to be careful with this business because we were scammed. We were a little put off by the building’s exterior and sad but we went inside anyway. We bought an outfit for our dog and were told the price was $10. Since it seemed cheap, we paid in cash (luckily). We were just about to leave when we saw a sign that said “Caution: Dog Inside.” We were told the price was $20. While petting the cat in the store, we paid by card without checking the amount. When we got home and looked at the receipt, we saw that they had charged us $140 for the sign. I had to call Wells Fargo to report the issue. Please be careful.

I went there looking for a sturdy cat tree and I was not disappointed. They had several different sizes and shapes so I was able to find something suitable. They do offer delivery but fortunately I was able to fit it into my car. There's a grooming parlor at the back of the store which you walk through if you park in the rear. There's also a resident cat who's very friendly and happily displays the merchandise by jumping on it! Guy who helped me was friendly and helpful. I for sure would recommend this place for cat furniture.

Took my 10 month old dog Sheldon to a hair cut and full grooming here. We had a very good experience and liked the look on Sheldon after he was groomed. They did a fine job and charged nominal. They were friendly on the phone and in person. It was an easy grooming appointment for us and if I ever visit Sherman oaks again, I would definitely bring Sheldon back here for his grooming.
