The only reason I’m even writing a review is because of how unprofessional the owner is. I brought my dog there last minute and did his temperament the same day I dropped him off, which was on me. I had to leave him to go visit family since I am an out of state student. She was already profiling my dog saying he’s a pitbul and that they are one of the few daycares that take pitbulls, which is a lie, there is plenty I found after needing to replace this one. They told me he wasn’t friendly with other dogs and tried to bite one so he had to be separated and do “one on one” time, which I find a scam and a lie. He has never tried to bite a dog whenever they interact or even growl. I’m pretty sure this lady profiles bully breeds because every bully I saw there had to be in the one on one area.

What a gem! Paw Haven truly saved me over the holidays after I was searching for reliable dog care since losing our longtime dog sitter. From the moment I brought my dog in for his temperament test, I immediately felt at ease—the staff were relaxed yet incredibly professional. My dog is a senior with diabetes, requires insulin, and is partially blind, so I was nervous leaving him for over a week with new people in a new place. The staff reassured me right away that my pup would be in great hands—and he absolutely was. I also love that the dogs get their own room vs. being in a crate! Paw Haven has been absolutely amazing for my dog, Mavis. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and genuinely cared about the dogs in their care. Mavis always gets so excited when she realizes where we’re going, which says a lot. The facility is clean, well-organized, and feels very safe. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. I really appreciate how they take the time to get to know each dog’s personality and needs. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing Mavis is having fun, staying active, and being well cared for while I’m away. I highly recommend Paw Haven to anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving doggy daycare!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Paw Haven. From the moment you walk in, the place is spotless — it’s truly the cleanest dog facility I’ve ever seen. The staff is unbelievably friendly, and you can just feel how much they genuinely love dogs. Sheeba picked up on that immediately; she literally RUNS to the front door every time we arrive, tail wagging like crazy. We use Paw Haven for daycare, grooming, and boarding, and I would never trust anyone else with my girl. The private boarding rooms are absolutely adorable — no crates, ever — and it feels like Sheeba is getting her own little vacation. Paw Haven is so wonderful to our dogs. They have the best time in daycare, they send photos, and truly care about each dog there. Our one dog is a senior who requires a great deal of extra love, and they weren't hesitant for a second to give him that. We feel really lucky to have found this place.
