Dr. Chen has been my Vet for a very long time. I am bringing my current dog here even having moved further away. I feel my pets are under the best care.

The front desk is wildly rude for no reason. I don't know why she turned away a new patient. She was unclear on the phone, and when I asked questions to understand what she meant, she got weirdly huffy. She literally said if I wasn't "willing to do this" (What? I don't know), then they weren't the right fit for me. What was I unwilling to do? I still don't know. Obviously, they're not the right fit for me or anyone else, but that's only because she wasn't clear, got offended by questions, and never explained what she meant. How bizarre. Avoid this place if you don't want weird hostility and the stress that I'm sure would result from trying to work with someone like this. Yikes.

Dr. Chen and his staff go above and beyond. When I first moved to Arizona in 2000 he was the first vet I took our pups too. Now 23 years later we still take all our pups and cats to him!!

We are longtime clients/patients who moved out of state for five years and are back. Dr Chen has always taken great care of our pets, has reasonable prices and doesn't try to sell us things we don't need. Really appreciate him!

Our breeder takes her litters to Dr. Chen and when we got our puppy from them, we started coming to this vet and we are very happy. Very personable and great service.
