I’ve been on the hunt for a new vet for my 13 year old Pomeranian, Echo and WOW this place is great. Catherine at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming, we felt right at home. Madison took Echos vitals and made sure all my concerns would be looked over by the Dr. Absolutely loved being able to watch what usually happens “behind the scenes”, such a unique feature to a vets office. Thank you Dr. Zetye for taking great care of my old lady. I can’t wait to bring the rest of my gang over to you guys! Can confidently say we found our new favorite veterinarian office.

I brought my standard poodle, Ziggy, in for treatment for hotspots and had such a positive experience from start to finish. Nico was incredibly thorough and thoughtful. She did not just give me one plan. She walked me through several options that fit both my financial needs and what felt right for me as a dog parent. She also shared simple things I could easily do at home to support Ziggy’s recovery, which I really appreciated. She even went above and beyond to review Ziggy’s shot record to make sure he had everything he needed. Dr. Zetye was just as wonderful. I was a bit skeptical trying a new vet after we chased our tails for months at the last one. But both Lynnze & Dr. Deppert eased those fears effortlessly. Lynnze was personable and kept me up to date every step of the appointment. While Dr. Deppert presented a well thought out plan that wasted no time in helping my little Val feel better. The whole office gave off welcoming, comfortable vibes. I almost wish I was a cat, just so I could receive the same kind of quality care Valentina received today.

I will start by saying, what an amazing service!! My cat is super shy and not very comfortable around people especially in the vet office, but these people are super sweet and caring that my cat was just roaming around in the office exploring the new space. Place is clean and Dr. Zetye was so thorough to explain not only the issue I brought my cat in for but also gave me some excellent tips to make sure my cat stays healthy and active and I truly appreciate that. I would say the facility is a bit on the pricier end but I guess for the pet care they provide, I don't mind paying a premium. Another highlight was them audio recording the whole assessment, it made me feel more confident since everything can be tracked. Lastly, I appreciate the goodies they sent with my cat, We love it!! Everyone in the staff were so friendly and kind. Kiki loved all of the genuine scratches and love from everyone. Madison and Dr. Zetye were top tier in answering questions, giving helpful tips and tricks to help manage Kiki’s weight and dental concerns. This place is very calm, clean and welcoming. Honestly, the best vet experience I have personally ever had. Thank you so much for the seamless experience and we will see you soon for Oona’s first pet visit!
