BEWARE - TWICE this company erroneously billed me. The first time, I let it go as I paid off my plan and they continued to bill me. They refunded me so I thought that everything was OK. The plan was set not to renew, not only did they renew it; they took a full years worth of payments out of my account at one time which I was not expecting. this company's billing practice is either incompetent or very shady !
This is supposed to be a 12 month plan. They renew after 12 months with any authorization and even when you request a cancellation they keep billing your card. Savings are not worth the hassle if dealing with them when you try to cancel the service that shouldn’t have been renewed in the first place.
I love the peace of mind that Prevent Plans brings me. My animals are are well taken care of. ❤️
