My huskey Xena went here for years before she passed at 15 years old. Xena told me all I needed to know about the service...she LOVED Susan...her groomer! My observations have been one of LOVE...for all her 4 legged clients. Would highly recommend this Groomer to anyone that lives their pet!! My new baby Penelope will be a happy, well groomed client!!

Sue is always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate client needs. She has boarded my dog and cared for him as her own. . I don't know what the woman who wrote the bad review is talking about, and notice both bad reviews are by the same person. . You can absolutely trust Sue to take good care of your dog and give a professional grooming.

Horrible place!! DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE!! The owner abuses the pets by pulling their fur under their chin and neck, extremely hard! She waters down the shampoo and conditioner and charges customers for services she doesn't even perform. When she cleans dogs ears, she cleans both ears with the same cotton ball and spreads infection if the dog has an ear infection. Doesn't brush their teeth, simply sprays the inside of their mouths! I would give less stars if I could!! Do not take your pets to her shop!

DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE! The owner has been seen first hand hurting dogs. This place is terrible. I've been overcharged for products she doesn't even use. Waters down products. Simply not a good place to bring your pets!!!

I love Preppy Puppies ! My dog is 13. Susan is gentle with her and very caring!
