Hands down the BEST dog daycare around! Biscuit absolutely loves coming here and gets so excited the moment we pull up. What makes them more amazing is how they accommodate her special needs and restrictions without hesitation. The staff truly care about our baby and treats them like family (which gives me so much peace of mind). She always comes home happy, tired, and clearly had the best day with her friends. I am happy to recommend Preppy Pet Tempe for your pet grooming services. We are new to the area and were searching for a groomer. We had recently rescued a small maltese mix who was in a matted mess. They did a wonderful job and showed kindness and a love for their work. We experienced quick scheduling, convenient location, friendly and professional communication, reasonable pricing and caring attention. I would also consider using their boarding service if I ever need it. Thank you, Dante and your staff for a job well done.

I tried to book boarding here but was surprised by several things. They require prepayment and a credit card on file, and when I declined to provide a credit card, my reservation was refused due to fully booked for months ahead. I was also asked why I needed the reservation, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. On top of that, the listing describes the space as a “big mini suite for medium dogs,” but it’s actually limited to dogs under 25 lbs, which is misleading. Clear policies and accurate descriptions would help pet owners make better decisions before booking.

We had an excellent experience with Preppy Pet Tempe and their willingness to work with our dog, Iggy, who is a rescue and is generally afraid of new people. They spent time working with Iggy for a few days before we boarded him for four nights to ensure he would feel comfortable during his stay. I would highly recommend Preppy Pet Tempe and will definitely continue using them for daycare and boarding!

Always bring my dogs here for boarding because they get playtime, and the team treats them extremely well. They have sent videos in the past, and my normally anxious Chihuahua is wagging his tail and visibly enjoying himself during play time.
