My 1 year old lab pup, Marigold, spent her first day in daycare at Preppy Pet the other day, and I could not be more appreciative of the care they provided. The staff was helpful and communicative from the start. They were informative and accommodating over the phone while I was booking Marigold's appointment, and took into consideration her special diet needs. At drop off, they welcomed Marigold straight away to play with a friend, while I got a tour of the clean and well organized facility. When I picked her up at the end of the day, the lobby was a little busy, so I wasn't able to chat about her day with anyone. Since then, my family has also used them on numerous occasions with great satisfaction and “no complaints” for our cat and dog, as both of them are just like family to us, so care for them is very important. I’ve had a very bad experience boarding my fur baby before. After working with Preppy Pet Melbourne on multiple occasions (for doggy daycare and a week long boarding) I can confidently say I trust them with my dog.
