My male cat Gus had a urinary blockage and not only did they save him but also comforted me during the process. Seriously everyone that works here truly does care about their patients and their owners. They were transparent with prices and gave me the full run down of what I was paying for. Im so happy to say my cat has made a full recovery after a very scary couple of days.

I’m extremely satisfied with the care I received from Premier Veterinary Medical group. My dog had a serious medical emergency and they treated my dog Molly when great care and compassion. I could tell she was very happy and comfortable with the staff. They we’re professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and communicative regarding her condition'. Dr.Galatis and the other veterinary staff did a tremendous job with my dog treatment plans and prognosis. I thank them dearly and would highly recommend anyone else who seeks care for there pet to consult with the staff there. Overall great experience.

We felt so welcomed by the entire team at Premier when we brought our senior kitty in to manage her advanced kidney disease. They are clearly dedicated to the well-being of their patients, both new and existing! Annie is so helpful and kind. Dr. DeFeis is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He explained everything that's going on with our fur baby's health in an understandable and transparent way. Mia treated our kitty with lots of love and care. The follow-up communication from our appointment was beyond my expectations. My only regret is not coming to see them sooner!

I had a wonderful experience at the Premier veterinary medical group located in forest hills when my kitten Ollie came in for his surgery and neutering. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was kind, professional, and clearly dedicated to the well-being of their patients. A special shoutout to Ariel at the front desk—she truly went above and beyond for Ollie. During a time where I felt a sense of hopelessness her warmth, patience, and genuine care made a the whole process so much easier. She kept me informed every step of the way and made sure Ollie was comfortable and cared for. It meant the world to me as a pet parent. I’ve been bringing my dog here since the day we got him. And the professional staff is always there to help me with my Ollie’s appointments and emergency visits. They’re caring and compassionate staff and doctors. I highly recommend them and if I can give more than 5 stars I will.
