Hayley's Day Spa

My pup August LOVES going to Hayley’s Day Spa! We have been coming here since November, and it’s been such a great experience every time. He’s a Mini Goldendoodle so he needs a lot of TLC, and Hayley’s is just the place where he can get that. They’re very accommodating whether I book an appointment in advance or have to do a last minute drop-in. They do an awesome job with his cuts and getting out small knots/matted hair. Love the doggie perfume the pups get sprayed with that makes them smell like a million bucks. They even dress him in a bow tie/neck tie when he’s done and I think it’s the cutest thing ever! I took my golden retriever, Arya, to Hayley’s Day Spa today, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very first phone call, their customer service was exceptional—warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. When we arrived, the team greeted us like family and even gave us a full tour of the grooming area. We were genuinely impressed by how spotless and well-organized everything was. They made the whole process completely stress-free for both Arya and me. And when she came out… wow! She looked so fluffy, shiny, and absolutely beautiful. You can tell they truly care about the pets they work with. Highly recommend Hayley’s Day Spa to anyone looking for top-tier grooming and a wonderful, caring team. We’ll definitely be returning!

The owner whom I adore is so welcoming I feel like I’ve known her for years! Our groomer Jessie is absolutely the best and a top of the line professional. Hands down I would follow them anywhere…. Our boy is 20 months old and loves them and goes every 4 weeks. They have great package deals which we always use. So I highly recommend HALELY’S Day Spa in Forest hills between Queens Blvd. And Austin Street. It’s more of a 10 star review in my book!

I took my 3 y.o mini golden doodle to Hayleys today & had such an amazing experience! The final result exceeded my expectations & the staff were very nice. Leo came home a very happy pup!

We love Hayley's Day Spa! They've always been very accommodating with our dog, and do their best to work out mats, and let us know how to help prevent them in the future, sometimes he even gets a little spray of puppy perfume for the road! We used to go to petco for our grooming appointments but they knicked him once and he wouldn't go back, we've been going to Hayley's for 2 years now and would definitely recommend!
