While out of town visiting family for Thanksgiving, our dog Chewy began having breathing issues. So thankful for Dr. Copeland and staff for working on Thanksgiving Day. Chewy was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and put on medication immediately. She was feeling and looking so much better by that evening. The staff brought us to an exam room right away. She was seen by Dr. Copeland within 10 minutes and I had a diagnosis with treatment in 30 minutes. They were amazing. They kept me informed of the price of procedures before doing them and price of medications. They did not ask for payment up front despite what other reviews say. Everything (exam, X-rays, and medications) including a holiday visit was $422. I find that extremely reasonable and equal to regular veterinary prices. Give

I’m a 100 percent Service Connected Veteran on a monthly budget and we called on Friday night November 7, 2025 and explained our situation to them, and was told we have to pay up front or no emergency services available! My dog just died today November 11th on Veterans Day! My battle buddy is dead, Happy Veterans Day! God Bless

Dr. Copeland and the entire staff went above and beyond when caring for my pup, Ruby Mae, after her pneumonia diagnosis yesterday afternoon. ER visits can be stressful, but they were reassuring, compassionate, and treated Ruby Mae as if she were their own. I’m so thankful for their excellent care and will be recommending them to everyone I know.

I was in town visiting and on Christmas Eve my GSD started acting like he had a possible UTI. First thing in the morning, I went to Premier. I was so impressed with the care, communication and diagnostics at Premier. Dr. Bailey went step by step and the team communicated with me and explained everything thoroughly. They figured out that it wasn’t a UTI and gave me medicine to fix the issue. Within 4 hours, my boy was back to comfortable. The wait time and cost were both reasonable for a quality Emergency Vet on Christmas morning. I am super grateful for Premier and definitely recommend their services if you need an emergency vet!!

Well, it was after regular vet office hours on a Wednesday and our usually perky girl hadn’t eaten all day and was obviously not feeling well. All the way to the vet I was concerned that we were overreacting. Guess what! We were not overreacting. In the span of three hours (a few patients ahead of us) our girl had been examined, x-rayed, and scheduled for emergency overnight surgery (she’d swallowed a rock). I cannot say enough about Dr. Bailey and the entire staff. They obviously love animals and their jobs. It is such a comfort to know that they are there!
