She is very patient and was wonderful with my older pug Rocky Rocky can't hear and doesn't like getting nails clipped for some good reasons but he was at ease with her and she got the job done.

Connie is so patient with the dogs let's them warm up to her and get comfortable. She did a great job, and she's super friendly.
