My Persian Rumi looks fantastic after his groom! Veronica takes great care of his coat. He is bathed and beautifuly brushed keeping him luxuriously soft and looking purrfect! If you are looking for a cat groomer that will maintain a coat rather than shaving then Prancin Paws is the place.

I have been using Prancin' Paws for over a year now. The team is caring with my 2 small hair-dogs and have worked with me to get just the right style. They keep the notes well and now I can say "the usual" amd feel fancy to have someone who knows what we want. The price is resonable and their outeach and communication is clear and kind. When i had a newborn at home my dogs went several months without grooming and they wer not judgmental and kindly offerd advicw whem i asked how to address some of their matting. I had one scheduling issue while they were navigating staffing challenges, which they addressed. I now use their texting feature to book appointments and they have been very helpful! Overall I'm happy with their service and feel good about trusting them with my dogs!

We have been going to Prancin Paws from the first hair cuts. The staff is incredibly friendly and they do a wonderful job on my doodles. They always work with my schedule and notify me of any issues I myself might have overlooked at home. We are very happy. 😊

I went to the website and made an appointment that clearly was offered as an open appointment with the previous groomer, set for 2:35 that afternoon. I arrived at the correct time, when I stepped in the door, the owner/manager screamed at me "NO, you DO NOT have an appointment, we are booked and the schedule DID NOT show an opening!" She grabbed my phone out of my hand across her desk, saying "I called you and left a message. you don't have an appointment!" There was NO voicemail or call recorded. Then I checked and indeed she had let me know by text which I missed that there was a problem. I don't like being accused of lying, there WAS an available opening shown on their website appointment scheduling calendar. I don't like being screamed at and not being believed. I was a valuable cust
