Totally excellent experience with Prairie. Took copious notes and asked great questions. My dog that is questionable with new people immediately snuggled up to him and was perfectly happy. I was blown away. They communicated well while I was gone and really went above and beyond. Handled all of our exotic small animal care for the week as well. 20 out of 10 experience. Will hire again.
I had a pet sitter fall through and I needed someone to look after our cats last minute for 3 weeks while we were on a trip. I was recommended to contact Greg with Prairie State Professional Pet Sitting, and I'm glad I did! He did an excellent job taking care of our cats, all nine of them, including 3 special needs cats. When a neighbor picked up prescription food that had been dropped off, Greg tracked it down. We thought we had enough litter, we didn't, he picked up extra. Overall, great experience! Would definitely use Prairie State again and would recommend!
