Canine Solutions

We took Duke our red lab to Canine Solutions. Duke knew some basic commands he would sit, shake, fetch the ball ( but not always drop it when he brought it back), and he would stay in his yard. Some things we really wanted Dawn to work with were jumping if someone came in his yard or walked in the house he was jumping. At times he wanted to play to rough and wouldn't take stop or no for an answer. Walking on a leash was not always the easiest with him he would try to pull me or just go back and forth in front of me. When we picked Duke up it was amazing to see the difference in how he listened and did what was asked with each command. We brought him home and continued to work with him a little each day like she said and he still is doing great and we are working on some new tricks with him

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dawn at Canine Solutions is absolutely amazing. Our 9-month-old boxer, Bailey, went to her as an excited jumper, counter surfer, and extreme leash puller. After just two weeks of training, Bailey is calmer, no longer jumps when greeting us, and heels on walks. The improvement has been incredible. Dawn is easy to communicate with, truly loves the dogs she works with, and delivers real results. We could not recommend her enough!

We took our dog Apollo (pittie/rottie/staffie/great Pyrenees mix) to Canine Solutions for their 2 week board and train program. Before going there we had a lot of trouble with reactivity towards other dogs, and Apollo not listening to his previous training. The difference between before and after training with Dawn is night and day! We can now walk right by other reactive dogs with no issues whatsoever. Dawn makes the training very simple and you only need to spend about 10-15 minutes a day working with your dog. Don't forget that the training is not just for your dog but you as well! Highly recommend to anyone looking for help with reactivity or even just a refresh in their training.

This is a glowing review. Why? Dawn deserves every bit of it. She is a trainer that other dog trainers recommend. We, and others, refer to her as "the dog whisperer". When you see the results of her training, you understand why. Our dog, Rango, is just shy of 4 months. He's an English Cream lab that attracts a lot of people wanting to pet him (he's pretty stinking cute). After his training with Dawn, he no longer jumps up on people as they approach, nor does he "puppy bite". These are in addition to all of the other training on her list of what she does. When we went for our "go-home" lesson, we just shook our heads at the changes in him and his ability to listen/obey. Dawn also truly cares about your dog. Our Aussie mix Eloise had lots of issues with food reactivity, jumping, and general behavior. She did the two week board and train program with Dawn and came back a whole new dog. Dawn was so communicative throughout the entire program, frequently sending photos and videos and updating us on her progress. The ability to control her behavior has significantly reduced the stress level in our home, and we are so grateful!
