They took excellent care of my mix pitbull Zana with such detail in explaining her care after the surgery! I would definitely tell anyone who needs there dog or cat neutered to go here! And the cost was reasonable.

Potter league took such good care of my baby a few weeks ago. Her spay was very well done and she recovered quickly. They gave you a ton of information before and after to ensure the process was smooth. Very thankful for them taking such good care of my baby & will be returning to them for my second cats spay.

I don’t know where to start because it’s taken me almost 1 year to finally write a review. All I can say is PLEASE stay away from this place if you have an anxious dog or if they are older. The staff is so incredibly rude, especially Hollie I believe was her name. They are so dismissive and passive aggressive, i literally cried in the waiting room. I went into this so scared because my boy is an anxious guy and i knew this would be hard for him. I got a $1,000 quote from his vet and PL was charging around $300 at the time I believe so I couldn’t beat that price difference. But if I could go back and invest that $700 (I would!!!) for my boy to be taken cared of more gently and at least I know the staff at his vet office is kind, supportive, and patient. They are AMAZING. I have been so nervous about my puppy having surgery and they've been kind, compassionate and patient through the entire process. After his surgery if I had any questions or concerns I gave them a call and they were super responsive. They helped calm my nerves and even reviewed photos of the incision spot daily to confirm he was doing okay. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a trustful, knowledgeable and kind practice. I saw some reviews about unkind staff but can't imagine they're talking about this place. I wouldn't go anywhere else. If we end up getting another pet down the line I will 100% be returning here.
