Port City Cat Rescue

This is an amazing cat rescue place. They take such good care of the cats and are no kill shelter. They are able to roam freely around this shelter and they have cool rooms for them to go too. I worked with Kari and she helped me find the perfect new furbaby that fits in with my household perfectly. If down the road I adopt another cat, this will be the only place I will ever use. Thanks for taking care of these sweet babies while they wait for there forever homes.

I got my Lovey two years ago from Port City and she has been my rock ever since. Adopt, don’t shop. Please be mindful that these people volunteer their time to the shelter and are not full time workers. Be patient and you will get your animal.

This little baby (3-4 weeks old) found us and knew we would love him until we could find a foster home.. I contacted Port City Rescue, not knowing what to expect, and within 30 minutes, I was contacted, and arrangements were made to meet the next day with his new foster family. His name is "Asher" and I think it fits him perfectly.. if you or someone is looking for your new furever baby, I highly recommend Port City Cat Rescue. I believe the adoption fee is only $80 & included spay or neutar, up to date shots and microchips !!!! Wonderful people helping these sweet babies that bad people dump off on the middle of the night to freeze and starve.. thank you, Asher, for finding us & Port City Cat Rescue for saving him !!!

Adopted my new little girl from here a month or so ago. Goji moved right in and made herself at home! Loved the facility and getting to meet and play with all the kittys! My wife and I love Port City and what they're doing for cats. And we love that they don't adopt out to just anyone. Great place and great people!

The place was nice, clean and full of different cute cats! I love that they were cage free and got to do their own things. The process for the adoption was fast. My fiancé and I walked around the place and had the chance to meet every kitty and the owner of the place was very sweet and helpful and told us a lot about the cats we found interesting! We eventually fell in love with this cat (:
