Port Cities Animal Hospital

So grateful for Port Cities and Dr. Madden-Heizen. When I had gotten up very early Friday morning there were puddles of blood all over. I was panicked as I know its not likely to take an urgent case on a Friday. Such amazing care for my kitty plus morning and evening updates on how he was doing. The love and kindness they show not only to my fur-babies but to me also is outstanding. I highly recommend this place for your furry family members

All of the staff at Port Cities Animal Hospital are very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. All of the Vets I have worked with there have been willing to answer my questions and truly care about my pets. They take their time and are willing to explain what is going on. I highly recommend them!

Being new, and having to euthanize my pet, the staff was kind, caring and helpful, very supportive, I received a small card later with staff signatures and paw prints of my deceased pet. Such kindness and caring gave me feelings of gratitude and amazement. They all have my deepest thanks and praise for their service to my dog and me. I cannot thank them enough for their caring while I grieve the loss of my dog of 14 years.
