Pet Supplies Plus Manitowoc

Joey was unbelievably nice from the phone call I made earlier today with him and through the appointment. He was extremely caring as he trimmed up the nails of our lab and German shepherd. He even stayed late after work to finish for us when he easily could have said no. He treated our dogs with love, scratches and kisses, even a spritz of scent for them & treats. He was very talkative and fun to work with for a routine service. He was also very knowledgeable about any questions we had regarding the new store, pet washes, and dog breeds. Staff throughout the store was extremely kind to us including my young child who was looking for things to do. We’ve always used popps pet wash but it’s always broke or dirty. I’m very happy this store came to Manitowoc

The employees were so helpful and kind to me. They were very quick and efficient in checking me out. My dog loves his new toy that kinly I believe her name was helped pick out. I will definitely be returning to get all of my pet supplies.Jada was a very sweet girl she checked me out and helped me was very helpful overall.

One employee was super sweet and helpful when we talked...but I had to seek them out. Multiple staff and management walked passed and I audibly said I couldn't find something, they walked right by me

The aisles are clean and organized, staff were friendly and attentive. The animals are kept nicer than a certain other pet supply chain in town 👀. Was very pleased to see they actually have names for each animal and give them toys in their little temporary homes. I do however wish there was more items meant for rabbits so I wouldn't have to shop at a certain pet supply chain in town 👀.

Extremely friendly staff and the male groomer did the most wonderful job cutting my puppies nails! He kept her calm and made the whole atmosphere wonderful for her! This has been my most favorite experience for my puppy ever! I will be coming back! ☺️
