Floyd the groomer did a great job. If you have something specific about the grooming you want done, just write it down on paper and hand it in with your dog, it helps 😊 Thank you Pooch 💕

Worst place I’ve ever been! I brought my Pomeranian here for a hair trim and wash and they ruined my dogs face 2 days before our family Easter photos. My dog has alopecia so he hardly has hair on his body and we’re not supposed to dramatically cut any of his hair or it will not grow back. They cut the hair so short in between his eyes I’m in tears! At first they wanted to blame his alopecia just trying to get me out of their store but the dog has a lot of hair there you can see it’s just short now because of the way they cut it! They didn’t want to even apologies to me and I had to keep arguing with them. When the groomer came out of the back she said that’s what she thought I wanted, I don’t know anyone that would want that done to their dog. I think there was some sort of an accident and
