We love Puppy Island! The staff is so kind and warm and they really get to know each dog and their personalities. I have such peace of mind knowing my dog is in the care of people who know and love him, and he loves it there! He’s always so excited to be there and comes home happy and tired. I also love that they vet all the dogs before allowing them to come to day care to keep everyone safe!

Unlike other facilities that just feel like crowded warehouses, Puppy Island is a true cage-free structured resort. My dog absolutely loved the indoor playground, and I loved getting the daily photo updates. The facility is incredibly clean, climate-controlled, and honestly smells like a spa, not a kennel. The staff is so caring and they really focus on safe, temperament-matched playgroups. Highly recommend!

We have been so happy with puppy island both with their daycare and boarding. We especially appricated that they took great care of our senior dog Violet while we were away. This was her first time being boarded and while unsure at first she came home happy and our puppy Reese came home worn out!

My dog gets very anxious around massive groups of dogs, so I am always nervous about leaving him. Puppy Island completely put my mind at ease! They did a thorough temperament test and are so knowledgeable about dog behavior. They don't just throw dogs into a giant room; everything is structured and supervised.
