David was amazing with Gus from Start to finish. Before he started cleaning Gus’s teeth he came in and let Gus get comfortable with him first. While Gus was getting comfortable with David, he explained thoroughly how and what he does to clean his teeth. We felt extremely comfortable having David clean Gus’s teeth. Gus was also very comfortable with David during his teeth cleaning and his teeth look AMAZING!!! Thank You! What a great service to provide for beloved pets!

David was professional, kind, and clearly passionate about caring for the oral health of our furry family members. He took the time to explain the entire process, answered all my questions, and made sure my dog was comfortable and relaxed. He even sent pictures from start to finish. When David finished and came inside to give us follow up instructions, Sadie was still trying to get cuddles even after her cleaning. I think that says something about her experience, as well. Recently, I had Pooch & Kitty Dental come to my home in Bonita Springs for my miniature poodle's dental cleaning care, and it was a fantastic experience. David, the dental expert and his assistant, were exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and immediately put both Karl - my poodle - and myself at ease - you are always "on alert" when it comes to your furry member of the family. Having the service come to me made everything not only convenient but so very comfortable for Karl as he was in a familiar place and knew we were close. David was professional and took the time to explain each step of the dental procedures, sharing what he found with recommendations, and answering all my questions with patience. This was the first time I had the pleasure of experiencing the service Pooch and Kitty offers. David; who was providing care for my dog; was professional, courteous, and friendly, and answered ALL of my questions. I was sent pictures of my dog throughout the cleaning and before and after results. And also a call with his assessment prior to him starting the cleaning. My Cooper’s teeth were sparkling clean when he finished. David then brought Cooper back in the house and sat down with me to explain all that was done and how to properly care for my dogs teeth. David was incredible! He walked in the door, instantly connected with Tilly! He explained the process of Tilly’s teeth cleaning. He sent us before and after photos. He gave us follow-up instructions on brushing and suggested products to reduce future dental plaque issues. Tilly was not stressed in the least. David is a busy man, but definitely worth the wait!
