Polo Springs Veterinary Hospital

Brought our new momma and kitten to see Dr. McIntosh on our neighbor's referral. The entire experience was amazing. The care we received from the vet tech and the doctor was all very caring, filled with useful information for the care of our beautiful girls. We had a 1 hr appointment, but the tech and doc spent over 2hrs making sure all our questions were answered and our babies received all the care they needed. Momma and baby were so calm, momma let baby nurse at the vet office! I can't recommend Polo Springs Veterinary any higher.

Dr Macintosh is so sweet along with her staff. I am a big worrier and my cats are my kids. I took my geriatric cat to her for dental work and it was a rough go. And they were very patient with me. My cat did have a longer recovery than I expected but now several months out and a full recovery, my old lady is living her best life. Thanks for help her !!!this vet gave my kitty more years.

The staff here are kind. However I had to seek care for my senior dog elsewhere. In my last appointment I specifically asked to do blood work (based on my dog’s behavior and some research) and was advised towards an x-ray and steroids (among a few other meds) instead. When getting a second opinion from another vet, which included getting blood work done, we realized that my dog was dealing with some kidney issues (which the steroids were making worse), which we have since addressed. I cannot recommend this vet based on my experience

From the second Iarrived. The staff was kind. The Vet, Karen is amazing. She took the time to hear my concerns and provided excellent care. The ladies who trimmed Twinkles nails and drew blood were amazing. Thank you Polo Springs.

The entire staff were just phenomenal! I needed to add one more pet to a scheduled visit for 2 other pets. Instead of declining the request, they were gracious and worked it out with me. When you have multiple pets, you need a team like these folks to keep them healthy. We couldn’t do it without them! We are so blessed and happy to have found you!
