I am a senior and new to Florida. I have 2 senior rescue dogs. I researched the best Doctor, and Dr. Jones' name came up frequently. I took my little Honey there for dental work. The staff and Dr. Jones are the BEST. I am so thankful to them for taking such good care of Honey. THANK YOU, DR. JONES

I am very grateful for the care and professionalism we received from Dr. Jones at Polo Park Animal Hospital. My dog had been very weak and suffering from diarrhea for almost a month, and nothing seemed to help. Thanks to Dr. Jones’s knowledge and guidance, she finally started to improve and regain her strength. I truly believe he helped save her. I also want to highlight how well organized everything was. The medications came clearly labeled by the veterinary clinic, which made them easy and safe to give at home. That level of care and attention to detail really stood out. I highly recommend Dr. Jones and Polo Park Animal Hospital. We are extremely thankful for the excellent care and support. 100000000 stars

We travel in our RV full time and our wee four legged child who wasn’t feeling well We called half a dozen animal clinics in the area, no luck getting an appointment But Polo Park called us back with a cancellation and got us in !! Everyone was very nice and compassionate. Did blood tests, urinalysis and general exam. Our guy had a slight infection and nausea. Got some pills. He should be on the mend. Definitely recommend this clinic.

The doctor himself is absolutely fine - but holy crap the British lady out front (think her name is Karen- how fitting) is the absolute WORST and has been for years. I can’t believe she’s still there and that it has taken me so long to complain about her. She is always rude and heartless. She couldn’t give me a clear answer about something super simple and just claimed “well we’re busy” and hung up. She told me I should have left a baby bird to die when I brought it in for assistance once. They only handle cats/dogs. Okay, fine. I’ll go elsewhere. But to tell someone they should have left it in the street for dead? Find a heart, jesus. I don’t think she likes people OR animals. Extremely blunt and not in an unaware way. I cannot tell you enough how much I love this clinic. We were referred to them when we moved to Clermont and they have always been exceptional to work with. Beverly (babe girl) just had her spay surgery there on Friday and everyone at that clinic was caring and understood how nervous we were about having to leave her while we went to work. They are also so good to Lizzie. It is the care, compassion, and Dr. Jones will take the time to answer all of your questions regardless of how big or small they are. The ladies at the desk are exceptional as well. We have not had a puppy in many many years and they were so good about getting us started with the proper food and shots, etc. This is a good southern hometown experience.
