We love her and Bill. They’re always so kind and patient with my little boy, even though I know he can be a handful. She does a phenomenal job every single time I pick him up. Oh we love Joys of Grooming and we are beyond happy to have found her since moving to Davenport! My girls always leave looking beautiful and smelling great! We love the fact that she takes her time and that she always does what we ask for. We also appreciate that she has the patience to groom our special needs dog who was born (blind and deaf) and she always beyond adorable when we pick her up!!

Brought my son's service dog, a goldendoodle, and my Himalayan cat for full grooms. I've never had a dog groomed before, and this was my first real experience. I told her what I wanted for both of them, and she made it happen! Joy and her husband were super friendly, kind and patient. I explained that per the contract for my son's service dog, I had to stay with her for the grooming and they totally accommodated that. I couldn't have asked for friendlier individuals, even when I asked them about different techniques to help my son's dog and a few other things as well. I'll absolutely be a repeat customer, as their patience and work were amazing. Miss Minnie (my son's dog) was the most dramatic girl ever getting her cut, but Joy was beyond patient and amazing with her! And now she looks BEY

A+ Star Treatment at Joys of Grooming. It was Ozzy and my first time coming to Joy today and we are blown away. Upon entering the establishment, I was greeted with a smile and Joy already knew who was coming in! She said this must be mister Ozzy! I had a bit of a panic attack as it was loud from another pup barking & a smaller entryway. I thought to myself, everything will be okay! I was a little shaken up when they did bring him back and put him in a cage- but that’s what most groomers do. I was hesitant to keep him there after that- but I decided since the reviews were so good to just follow through and not let my anxiety eat me up. Boy oh boy!!! What’ a HAPPY and HANDSOME schnauzer I came back to! He was so beyond excited to see us & tell us all about his new friends Joy & her husband

Joys of Grooming is amazing! My dog looked fantastic after his visit. The attention to detail, from the perfectly trimmed coat to the neat nails, is outstanding. I highly recommend Joys of Grooming for anyone looking for a groomer who genuinely cares about their furry clients!
