Have absolutely no complaints on the vet care our dog received at Polaris , but 1 person at the desk made us feel that we were skipping out on our bill. Whether she meant to or not, that's how we felt. We had no intention of NOT paying that bill, but no one at the desk when we left. Another appointment was to be scheduled for a few days later for follow-up care, figured we could pay it then. Bill is paid now, in full, 2 hrs after appointment.....for this reason, we are taking our dogs care elsewhere....as a person working directly with customers, it's not advisable to treat people like they're trying to "stiff" you.

I won't trust my pets with anyone else! My dog Possum has been with them since he was 1, and now he is 13 years old. Banner, our cat, is 5. Everyone is so nice and helpful, even if it is just a question over the phone. And their prices are very reasonable!

Worst place ever do not take your animals there they will take your money and make you pay for visits you don’t need. They refused payment for a visit I did also and tried to put it to collections. Very dirty business they run there. I would recommend a more professional business for your animal needs.

It's a bit of a drive but totally worth it! My dog was really sick, had x-rays, IV fluids, & spent the night. Cost me over $100 LESS than the emergency vet weekend call for just blood work! We have been taking our dog here since they opened & when they were in Bethany. Great office staff, always able to get us in! Treats our dogs like their own! Love this office!! Not enough stars!!

We have trusted Polaris with our furry family for a decade now and we couldn’t love them more! They are so patient and gentle with our nervous rescues that my dogs actually like going to the vet now! They have late and weekend hours which is so helpful when we need to work around our work schedules to have them seen, and their staff is incredibly friendly. I recommend Polaris to anyone who will listen!
