The folks at PVA are amazing. I brought my dog Shiloh in around Spring of 2024 and they were so kind from the start. They got me a flea collar and helped me with every issue my dog was having. Over the course of a year and a half they tended to everything my dog needed. It was at a point where he was doing laser therapy 2x a week for a year straight. He got pneumonia, different health issues, etc. You name it, he got it. They always were reliable and helped me in any way they possibly could. They never once gave up on him. My dog eventually got so familiar he no longer shook when I took him in there. He loved them so much. I’m so grateful I found them and he was able to spend his last year and a half being cared for by such amazing people. They helped me make the hardest decision of my lif

I do believe I may have posted before, but in either case. Let me explain. This veterinary hospital is absolutely amazing. Top notch staff and an amazing veterinarian. The office was a little busy and had an emergency come in. They kept moving and took care of the emergency without missing a beat. I cannot say enough good about them. My dog who is a little sweetheart is so afraid to go to the vets and groomers, etc, but let me say this hospital completely fusses over her. Yes, the veterinarian even takes to make a fuss. The people who take their pets there are well, but the pets, well that's a whole other level of care. You can tell they care, and are there because they love what they do. When you walk in and your gets Greeted like Norm from Cheers, you know that got a good vet. To.D

Pleasant Valley Animal Hospital provided amazing care to my dog for years. He was comfortable and content going to the doctor. My I am so grateful for the life that they were able to provide my sweet baby. I would reccomend Dr. Matt to anyone in need of excellent, empathic pet care. Shiloh thanks you all ❤️❤️❤️

We go here often with 6 animals. The staff is super excited to see my Emmitt when we walk in and regardless whether he is nervous about the vet, he enjoys the attention the staff dotes on him. The doctor is very nice and kind to the animals. They may have a slight problem with being overly thorough and therefore a bit pricy but it's family and worth it.

Awesome people who truly care about your pets & Dr. Matt is great! I trust them with my dog (Max) and are always willing to help me when needed. We had 1 emergency happen & needed advice on what to do. Dr. Matt took the time to call me back on a weekend, while with his family to answer my questions & to give me advice on what to do. He even offered to meet me at the office on a Sunday if I felt it was necessary (thankfully it wasn't necessary). For being short staffed, like every other business out there, they do their best to take care of their customers & our loved pets. I'm very thankful for the whole Stachmus family - they're truly really good people. Thank you Dr. Matt, Jen, Andrew & the rest of the staff - you guys are great.
