Playful Pack

We found Playful Pack after adopting our dog Ash 2 years ago and have been bringing him regularly for daycare ever since. We have had the best experience and absolutely love everyone who works there! We’ve used them for daycare, grooming and boarding. They truly care about every dog that comes through that door and they make sure to send cute photos at the end of the day too! I only wish their live video streams worked for this location so I could watch my dog play all day while I’m at work

Our fist time using Playful Pack for grooming. Erika was recommended by a neighbor. We are new to Maryland and the Annapolis area. Our dog is 18 months old and I was a bit nervous about finding a new groomer for him. From the time he was a puppy, he only knew one groomer. I am thrilled with how beautiful he looks! Erika followed my instructions exactly (including not using shampoo or sprays with fragrance!) So happy to have found our new groomer!

Our dog LOVES Playful Pack - as soon as she hears the word "daycare" in the morning she's rushing out the door to get there as soon as possible! We love that we get a report card every night with pictures of what she's been up to with the other doggies, especially when we board her for vacations. We also love their groomer who always does a fantastic job!

Playful Pack in Annapolis cares about your pet! I adopted my dog earlier this year and she had anxiety whenever she was around other people or dogs. I was going out of town for work and needed to board her so I started testing some places out prior to my trip. Playful Pack was the ONLY place that requires your pet to stay at their facilities for a day to assess how they interact with the other dogs. Did I mention this observation day is free of charge?! Rather than make money, they want to ensure that your pet would be a good match here. Well, my dog was anxious during her observation day and drooled the whole time. At the end of the day, the staff suggested my pup stay in a private suite and they would gradually let her interact with the other dogs over time. The result? My pup gets happ

My dog Cooper has been going to Playful Pack for over a year now. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the exceedingly friendly and professional staff. My dog always came home happy and healthy from his many days at this doggie daycare. We recently had to move to a new area and will so miss Playful Pack!
