This little guy appeared hungry, in tact and his days were filled with roaming and getting into scuffles. Once identified he was indeed on his own, Planned Pethood provided great care at a very reasonable cost. Thank you Patricia, for being incredibly patient with my many questions and for providing Sandi a great surgical experience. Today he’s neutered, updated on all his necessary medical, healing well and I appreciate the team in Zephyrhills on this first time experience.

I've been to their sister facility down the road. Just like them they have an amazing staff and even on a Saturday coming in at around 12:30 to a walk-in clinic, I was out of there in a bit over a half hour. The prices are great too. All I can say is that these 2 places killed my dog. Paco my dog was lethargic wouldn't eat, got skinnier and in pain! Went to Planned P, both of them! They wanted me to come back in because after doing blood work, checking him out which they said showed nothing and they examined him they said, couldn't find what was wrong. I couldn't go back there! Your not allowed! I knew something wasn't right with my dog, how can you not know whats wrong?? Your doctors!! I got a second opinion at Wesley Chapel Planned Pethood and I was there till 4pm!! All day to say they couldn't find what was wrong too! My goodness! I decided to get a 3rd opinion at Dade City Animal Clinic. Dr Taylor took one look, no test or nothing and knew exactly what was wrong! A whole month he had Hookworms!! A simple FECA

Horrible. I showed up for walk ins at 9:35 on Saturday morning was told to wait in my car because it would be a while. 4 hours later at 1:30 my Dog had yet to be called. I walked inside and asked about it and was told “we called you at 11 am and left a voicemail you were a no show” incorrect. I showed my phone log and showed I never once received a call. She repeated the number back it was my number nobody called it. They brought my dog back after that and then it was another 45 min she was back there all for them to not even check out my dog correctly. I was quoted $835 for a cleaning when my dog has Horner syndrome. So instead of actually looking at my dog and being able to diagnose that I was just told my dog needs cleaning to help with the issues she’s having. This place is an absolute
