There are so many Things to mention in this review, but I will start with this. I love this place! I come here biweekly to give my Labradoodle Langston, a self wash. Everyone in here is so nice, welcoming, and so friendly to my dog. But today, they exceeded my expectations! Dealing with my busy day, I Lost track of time it was almost unable to pick up my guys dog food. I called in at 8:49 PM because the store closes at 9 PM. An associate by the name of Aaron answered the phone and I told him my predicament and that my GPS would me there at 9:02 PM and I really needed dog food. He remembered who I was, and called my Labradoodle by the newly dubbed name Afro, because of his Haircut. He told me the latest he could stay open is 9:05 PM which was more than what I needed. They take really good care of the animals and the service is fantastic! Sadly, there adoption rate for cats is kinda slow. But, the cats are the sweetest things ever! They have the best prices on dog food but the prices for reptile supplements and decor is a little bit on the more expensive side. Best pet store in town though!

This is an amazing local store with the biggest selection. The best prices an awesome wash station. The staff is extremely knowledgeable in every product I’ve ever asked about help me pick a dog dish puzzle for my dog who is having issues eating her food too fast that puzzle dish that we put her food in is working perfectly. Couldn’t ask for a better store or staff.

Came to Pet supplies looking for a good dog food for our picking and sensitive yorkipoo. The staff was so friendly and helpful and I picked out the Hart Wick brand food the chicken one for our little guy. What little did I know that is Pet supplies brand and the fact that it comes from farms is even better. So I went home with the new food and our little guy at first went crazy over it but then started having problems and I went back to the store and got the beef flavor one and omg he went nuts over the smell as soon as I opened the bag. Needless to say he has an allergen to chicken and Pet supplies was so helpful with this too. Staff is always very nice and helpful. I bring my service dog in training and they are attentive to my needs. The grooming dept is awesome and takes great care of my dog. The store in itself is always fully stocked and they carry a great variety of products. Hopefully in the future they can carry prescription food ?
