Pixie Paws- The Happy Dog Service

Slightly disappointed with my experience with Pixie Paws. We boarded our Pittie and long haired French Bulldog here for a week while we were away. I asked for daily photos but pictures were posted only to Facebook I think twice the whole 7 days (and never a response to my text message asking). My frenchie was sent home with a lot of poop stuck all over his butt which caused irritation and he was sensitive for a few days. And both dogs were extremely thirsty when returning home, to the point that I believe my pittie was experiencing dehydration as her gums were very red and her skin was not bouncing back when I pinched between her should blades (they drank a half gallon bowl of water within an hour!). To start with, if you want to get a hold of them it’s best to text the number provided by google! Phone calls and voicemails are hard when they are watching all the dogs but all of my text messages throughout their stay were answered very quickly. First time boarding my dogs so I was a bit worried but they made me feel comfortable. Amazing place to board your dogs. We were gone on vacation for a week and our 3 huskies loved it there. Their prices are affordable and they posted photos of our dogs playing on their facebook page almost every day. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

I love sending my dog to Pixie Paws, the owners are the absolute nicest people and genuinely care about the dogs they are looking after. The taxi is so convenient and I know Barnum is having a great time whenever he he at daycare or boarding. They have lots of cute themed camps and parties through out the year that are very reasonable add-ons, some are only $5, to a typical day care day. While at daycare for a day my dog had an "emergency" and Thea called me immediately. Fortunately it needed up being incredibly minor, but I appreciate that they took it so seriously and were able to make him feel comfortable until he could get home. It makes me confident that in a real emergency they would know exactly how to handle themselves and take care of fur family.

Absolutely the best place on the market to bring your 4-legged family! We've used them multiple times now and I'm positive we'll be using them exclusively. Their dog-sitting service couldn't be better! They are quite friendly over the phone, offer great rates and can handle multiple dogs. I was a bit uneasy at first and texted them a lot. Not only did they understand, they sent me photos of my dog playing to help put me at ease! In my opinion, they are 100 times better than any other boarding company in the region. You won't be disappointed with Pixie Paws!

We bring our two dogs here for boarding anytime we need it. We have a senior dog and a 2 year old, they both love it there! Thea is amazing with them. She made our pup a birthday cake, they had Santa visit the dogs and so much more. I assure you that your dog is side eyeing you right now asking why they haven't been yet.
